About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist who works with adolescents, adults, parents and families. I provide a compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgemental environment in which to explore your unique needs and wants. I understand the courage it takes to go to someone for help and I honor the process of therapy.
Some of the areas I address include anxiety, belonging, relationships, managing impulses, effective communication, and building authenticity. I focus on helping you gain insight, take action, problem solve and use discernment in making choices that support what you genuinely want. I help parents find bridges of connection to teens in times of conflict.
I am a mother of two teens. I love my work. The passion I have for my work comes, in part, from having experienced the value of self discovery first hand. Relationships enrich my life and to have a career centered around building relationship is a dream job. It would be a pleasure to meet you and jointly decide if it's beneficial to work together.
