With five years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds navigating grief, loss, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Whether you are coping with the death of a loved one, divorce, health concerns, or unexpected changes in life, I strive to provide a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth.
Together, we can work through the darkness and move toward hope, clarity, and renewed strength. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Grief Informed Professional, and will use all the tools I have to help guide you through.
I use a person-centered approach in all therapeutic interventions. My practice prioritizes a "client-led" approach, rather than a "rapid resolution" method. Rest assured, we will not initiate intensive exploration immediately.
