It takes courage to reach out and I'm glad you're here. I specialize in working with sex and relationship difficulties and treat individuals and couples. I help people understand the relationship patterns they've developed and how they continue to play out, even though they aren't helpful anymore.
I have extensive experience working with people struggling with substances and their families as well. Recovery is an ongoing process and support can help along the way. I tailor treatment to the needs of the person and overall, use a harm reduction approach. We will develop your goals together.
My practice is LGBTQ, poly and kink affirmative. I have completed the Sexual Health Certificate program at the University of Michigan in Sex Therapy & Sexuality Education. I offer both EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Brainspotting in person and online, as well as a variety of other therapeutic interventions.
