As a clinical psychologist at Everyday Parenting Psychology PLLC, I specialize in maternal and infant mental health, parenting, and neurodivergence. I earned my PhD at Columbia University, where I researched mindfulness and self-compassion in the perinatal period, after training at the Washington Center for Consciousness Studies and completing an NIH research fellowship in child development and parent-child interactions. Following a three year specialization in parent-infant psychotherapy, I enjoyed providing early intervention and consultation in a range early childhood settings before co-founding our group practice.

I offer parent coaching and psychotherapy for concerns including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress in the perinatal period and beyond. I employ an integrative approach tailored to each individual, drawing from developmental, relational, and somatic interventions. I enjoy providing Mentalization-Based Treatment + Collaborative and Proactive Solutions,

For over two decades, I have worked with neurodiverse, 2e, and highly sensitive individuals. Additionally I am credentialed in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health, and am an Adjunct Professor at Adelphi University’s Institute for Parenting. I consult widely and enjoy partnering with organizations to translate developmental science into content and practice.
