Life has taught me that healing is not linear—and that resilience is often born from the most painful places. As a certified EMDR clinician, I specialize in helping individuals (13+) and couples navigate relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and the complex effects of trauma. My work is grounded in professional training and lived experience. I grew up in a family shaped by alcoholism, abuse, and profound loss. These early experiences left me grappling with symptoms rooted in trauma, including a lifelong battle to prove my value. My healing journey deeply informs the compassionate, nonjudgmental space I offer my clients.

Therapy with me is a place where you can be real. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story. My approach blends trauma-informed care, values-based exploration, and evidence-based modalities like EMDR and EFT to help you move toward establishing healthier relationships, understanding and loving yourself, and strengthening inner confidence.

I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship issues, low self worth, and more. During our initial sessions, we will delve into your background and circumstances bringing you to therapy, collaboratively create a treatment plan, and begin building coping skills. By session three or four we are often using bilateral stimulation to assist in the healing process.
