Life has taught me that healing is not linear—and that resilience is often born from the most painful places. As a certified EMDR clinician, I specialize in helping individuals (13+) and couples navigate relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and the complex effects of trauma. My work is grounded in professional training and lived experience. I grew up in a family shaped by alcoholism, abuse, and profound loss. These early experiences left me grappling with symptoms rooted in trauma, including a lifelong battle to prove my value. My healing journey deeply informs the compassionate, nonjudgmental space I offer my clients.
Therapy with me is a place where you can be real. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for your story. My approach blends trauma-informed care, values-based exploration, and evidence-based modalities like EMDR and EFT to help you move toward establishing healthier relationships, understanding and loving yourself, and strengthening inner confidence.
I know what it’s like to wrestle with faith, identity, grief, and emotional pain—and I believe healing is possible, even when it feels far away. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something different, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s talk.
