I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. My goal as your Counselor will be to help you understand yourself holistically. Mind, body, and soul. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, drug and alcohol use, gender identity, career and transition confusion, relationship/friendship problems, behavioral problems, chronic pain and illness, suicidal ideations, and much more. I have experience with individual, and couples counseling. I practice Postmodern Holistic Therapy, which encompasses focus on all factors of an individual's life, and Emotional Transformation Therapy.
We will work together to find meaning in your beliefs, thoughts, and current situations. This will be accomplished using post modern approaches such as:Emotional Transformation Therapy which is a form of light/color therapy that helps individuals rewire their beliefs created by trauma.
