I believe that mental healthal involves approaching healing from the perspective of body, mind and spirit, and I try to address emotional healing from an integrative perspective that looks at the whole person. In addition to sharing and processing emotion, we may also explore thoughts, lifestyle, relationships, faith, and nutrition. My areas of special interest include grief, anxiety, depression, self awareness and personal growth at a deep level. I received my master's degree in Counseling from the University of Rochester in 1993 and received post graduate studies at the Cleveland Institute for Cognitive Therapy. I am certified as a grief informed professional. I am trained in nutritional and integrative medicine for mental health. I am licensed wtih 30 years of experience as a counselor.
