I'm here to say that it doesn't have to be, and I'm here to begin the journey with you wherever you are in that process.
I am committed to racial justice and am LGBTQ+ affirming. I believe in creating a caring and safe environment for therapy sessions. I am person-centered and strive to create an atmosphere where you can best reflect and grow. We can talk about really difficult things, process how experiences have affected you, and identify helpful strengths that you possess.
I practice a variety of evidenced-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
