About

You've taken the courageous first step of looking for support. You never thought you'd end up here... feeling overwhelmed, emotional, and exhausted. You're not sure who you are anymore, and you don't feel like you can push through, ignore, or compartmentalize these feelings any longer. Maybe it started recently after a birth, a fertility struggle, a loss, relationship change, trauma, or life transition. Maybe it started much earlier in life. Either way, this territory feels difficult for you, and you're ready to give yourself what you find so much easier to give to others... HELP.
I am a Board Certified Counseling Psychologist. My culturally inclusive & responsive practice of psychotherapy uses science backed approaches to address specialized issues: postpartum adjustment/ mood issues (depression/anger/anxiety/OCD), infertility, trauma survivorship, reproductive loss, & concerns uniquely experienced by BIPOCs & high achieving women.
From all walks of life, the patients I've worked with have regained their sense of resiliency, embraced new strategies for healing and wellness, and become healthier in the places that felt broken and beyond repair. Contact me today to discuss how culturally responsive evidence-based psychotherapy may help you do the same.
