My name is Jeanette Luna and I am a bilingual licensed marriage and family therapist. In taking a deep dive and reflection of my career, what struck me most and has given me the desire to fix is the burdens, challenges and struggles women deal with on a daily basis. Women carry so much physically, emotionally and spiritually. My focus is to work through these issues with the women I serve. Where our mind goes the body follows. I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy to teach my clients how to control their thoughts and emotions.
I'm also a Christian counselor and use a biblical approach on holding every thought captive so my client can gain understanding and lead a more healthy and productive life. We were created as a body, mind and spirit and when all three are thriving you are living as you were intended.
I'd love to help regulate all three areas. I truly enjoy and work extremely well with adult women struggling to find happiness in their life. Depression and anxiety robs women's ability to living their full life. I help women get through issues like family estrangement, grief and loss, childhood trauma, career burnout and menopause.
