Hi, I’m Jeanette! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe in the importance of creating a safe space where clients can feel comfortable to be vulnerable and share their truths. I use a Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach that foster’s the client-therapist relationship, and focuses on client strengths. I also enjoy integrating CBT-DBT skills and mindfulness techniques as a psycho-education component that can help clients develop a coping skills toolkit to be used to help navigate through life’s ups & downs.
I have experience working with ages 15+ on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief & loss, life transitions/changes, relationship issues and self-esteem. My goal for every client is to help them lead a more meaningful and effective life.
