I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). As a therapist, one of my main goals is to build a strong connection with my clients based on acceptance, trust, and motivation. I feel this connection is important in order to establish a successful therapeutic relationship. I believe that empowering my clients will help them achieve many goals in many areas of their lives.
I work with individuals dealing with an array of issues and ranging in different age groups. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches taking time to find the right “fit” for each client, ensuring their experience is individualized and their needs are met.
I first began my counseling career with Nutrition Counseling where I had over 10 years of experience. I then transitioned to Professional Counseling. I am passionate about what I do and feel privileged to work alongside my clients in their journey to achieve their goals.
