I have compassion and respect for all of my Patients, and will support you through the highs and lows of life as we navigate your healing journey for a more manageable and sustainable future.
My therapeutic approaches include interventions from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Communicating openly, authentically, and honestly with my Patients is an integral part of creating a safe and open environment for my Patients to communicate freely. It is important to me that my Patients feel heard, respected, and have the appropriate support to explore the complexities of life that brought them to therapy in a safe setting.
