You can’t pinpoint exactly what is wrong, but you can’t shake the persistent sense that something in life is off. You’ve worked hard to check all the “right” boxes to feel fulfilled in life, but you still feel as though you’re spinning your wheels. My approach is collaborative and grounded in the understanding that there is no single "right" path to creating a meaningful life. I draw from multiple therapy approaches, ranging from brief solution-focused interventions to depth-oriented psychodynamic work, to help you identify your desired changes and support you making them.
