I deeply value creating a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients to assist in healing and self-growth. My work is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed, and mindfulness perspectives. I am trained in EMDR and have experience working with clients to help resolve issues from past trauma. I am also certified in grief counseling and have clinical experience helping clients to navigate through times of grief/loss.
