I find the most satisfaction working with those struggling with relationships - relationships with others as well your relationship with yourself. This struggle might express itself as feelings of emptiness, sadness, loneliness, disconnection, fear or anxiety, confusion, or meaninglessness. You might feel like you are floating through life without a map or destination. Alternatively, you might feel stuck or frozen within yourself. My goal is to work with you to help you define and understand these feelings, create the links and meanings of them, and ultimately to get you back moving on your life's roadmap.

The most crucial component of any successful healing therapy is the fit and relationship between a client and therapist. Therefore, I work to create trust, safety, and authenticity within a nonjudgmental atmosphere. From this context, we can work together to discover the source of and the solutions to your struggles.

I am certified in EMDR - one of the best treatments for trauma. I am pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couple therapy. My office is in downtown Evanston, just a few blocks from the Davis train station (purple line, Metra). I also provide telehealth. I am not accepting new clients currently.
