Hi, I’m Jean and I am an embodiment therapist. Embodiment is the feeling of being at home in your own skin and the intimate knowing of your truest self. My therapeutic approach is holistic incorporating Talk Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, EMDR, Brain-spotting and Somatic Experiencing. You will find me relational, casual, conversational and collaborative. A free spirit passionate about empowering women to embody Her unique strength, soul and personal power.

Women's Empowerment Group
The " Women's Empowerment Group" has been ongoing for 11 years. It is a group for women who wish to be more empowered in their jobs, relationships or to learn to trust and honor themselves better. Would you benefit from learning to say "no" without feeling guilty? Learn to live the life you want rather than live the life you have been told you "should"? A minimum of two individual sessions required prior to joining the group.
