Are you struggling with a life challenge and feel overwhelmed doing it alone. I specialize in helping you reframe how your move through the world and in your body so that you can live with a renewed sense of confidence, strength, and desire. As a Certified Yoga Teacher, I invite you to add meditation, yoga, eating disorders, childhood wounds, abuse, and help you move out of self limiting beliefs that create anxiety and depression and other negative patterns in your life. I also specialize in working with Empaths and Highly Sensitive People by helping them understand and grow their uniqueness.
I am easy to talk with and I use my "ear" for detail to help you see connections in your life that will help you discover a new way of seeing and experiencing your life. Adding in meditation and yoga have deepened my clients appreciation and understanding for how their bodies, stabilized moods, decreased anxiety and helped heal depression and deep sadness.
Change, and healing can be scary. It may be difficult to tell someone what you need. As your therapist, I will facilitate our work by nurturing your emotional, mind, body and soul connection. Intentionally and compassionately, my goal is to help you develop the truth that lies within you.
