I offer therapy to you individually or to you and your partner as a couple. I will use all the methods and techniques of therapy that I have learned over the years. In addition, I have added Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with Journey Clinical to help people get unstuck. If this sounds interesting to you, reach out. I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent and sustained improvement in symptoms.
I take on the psychotherapy portion of the KAP experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. This is an additional type of therapy that may be helpful in creating change in yourself.
