I work with individuals and couples who are trying to manage relationships, work, and/or life stressors. I have expertise in EMDR, which is a treatment protocol that is highly effective for trauma. I also have a distinct understanding of business stress from my own experience completing an MBA and working in finance for almost 20 years. I work with professionals on the unique pressures they face.
I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or past traumas. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and use this modality when appropriate. Together, we can work to understand how past experiences may be impacting the present and explore ways to foster meaningful change.
