Working with adults & adolescents, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transition, parent-child conflict, addiction, codependency & issues related to growing up in a dysfunctional family. Utilizing a compassionate & individualized approach, my focus is to help my clients build on their strengths, gain insight, reduce distress & change behavior.
