Together we will work to more deeply know and understand you - your strengths, the areas where you would like to grow, and the ways that your past experiences have shaped you. By understanding the meaning and underlying causes of your symptoms and behaviors, you expand your freedom and choice.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and transitions. It is important to explore how experiences of race, gender, sexuality, ability, and other identities impact us. I work to create an affirming space in which to examine all of your various identities, including racial, spiritual, sexual, and gender diversity.
