About
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and Maryland with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, and other mental health concerns. I have extensive expertise in treating substance and addiction related issues. I am a certified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and can provide DOT regulated assessments. I enjoy working with clients to identify life goals and develop a treatment plan to reach those goals.
I really enjoy working with individuals and couples that are willing to identify their strengths and build upon them in order to make desired life changes. I believe individuals focus on past failures and repeat those patterns rather than identifying the skills and tools they possess from life experiences that can help with the current crisis.
We all have the tools to succeed in life. I look forward to partnering with you to identify your strengths and create positive life changes.
