I offer somatic therapy to support resilience and nervous system regulation. My focus is on attachment and healing from stress and trauma. The basis of my work is trauma-informed care with an emphasis on anti-oppression theory. Somatic, or body-based therapy, can be particularly helpful for grounding, connection with self and others, integrating past and current experience, and embodiment. If you are looking for ways to shift out of survival patterns and into deeper presence in your life, you're in the right place. I work with adults and kids.
My areas of specialty include neurodivergence, complex trauma, chronic illness and disability, harm reduction, and trans and queer positive care. I offer Somatic Experiencing therapy, coregulating touch for developmental trauma, holistic clinical herbalism, and the Safe and Sound Protocol as tools for deep nervous system healing.
Seeking support is a big step, and I want you to get the care that you need. Don't hesitate to reach out if you think that working together might be right for you. I offer a free 15 minute meeting so that you can decide if working together is a good fit. We will move at your pace and focus on your goals.
