As a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a background in community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients. My therapeutic approach is client-centered and draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, MI, EFT, HeartMath Solution, Gottman Method, Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness.
I believe that we all have the answers within, and I enjoy helping my clients to navigate that path. Self-exploration can be challenging and uncharted territory. Coming into therapy is a bold and courageous move that lets me know you are ready for positive changes in your life and in your relationships. I am here to walk along side you on this path.
I am licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, with in-person and telehealth availability. I am also a licensed supervisor for new therapists in both states. NOW offering Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in office or online and biofeedback in office through HeartMath Em Wave.
