As a counselor, I am committed to creating a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I prefer women and children, although am open to expanding my skills.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce emotional distress, and build resilience. I am also currently pursuing a Play Therapy Certificate to further enhance my ability to support children and families.
My counseling style is empathetic, caring, and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and respected. I help individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges develop healthy coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change
