I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and complex relational patterns. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who feel internally overwhelmed or disconnected despite outward success. I integrate an Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) lens to help clients understand how past experiences shape current emotional and relational patterns. Together, we work toward greater regulation, coherence, and a more integrated sense of self, supporting lasting and meaningful change.

My work integrates Brainspotting, EMDR-informed, and attachment-based approaches, grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology. I focus on how the mind, brain, and relationships interact, helping clients process unresolved experiences and reorganize patterns at both emotional and nervous system levels. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and intergenerational pattern
