I have over 40 years working with adults , especially 50+ and seniors to resolve the problems of aging, loss, family issues, alcohol addiction, anxiety and depression. I have an in-person office in Anthem using both in-office and telehealth. My format in therapy is developing a therapeutic dialogue between me and you. The goal of the first session is to see if we are a good fit and establish your goals. I refer couples to therapists I know well.
I try to find the spot where your concerns become so difficult you come to me for help. I unwind the conflict so that you and I can look at it and figure a way to gain control of your emotions and have a plan of action.

Grief Support for Senior Citizens
I provide a space in which widows/widowers can relate to others who are grieving. This is non-denominational but faith can play a part of your story. My goal is to lead the group through the challenges of widowhood: finances, being alone, fearful of the future, the pain of loss, and family issues. Call to meet me before you start attending. This group is free of charge.
