With over 20 years of experience and being CBT Certified, I use DBT-informed CBT techniques, combined with the healing effects of a positive, supportive relationship, to teach you coping strategies to manage stress and improve your emotional well-being. I especially enjoy working with families of children and adolescents struggling with emotional or behavioral issues.
Parenting is hard work, especially if your child is experiencing emotional or behavioral issues. I work with families whose children struggle with ADHD and Oppositional/Defiant behaviors, anxiety and depressive disorders, and anger management issues.
