I have worked with clients over 20yrs. with issues such as, anxiety, depression, grief, self-identity, and conflicting relationships. I am willing to provide you with a safe, supportive space to help you explore what's meaningful to you, what you want to do with your life and how to have have fulfilling relationships.
I focus on helping clients address their emotional pain which can be difficult but rewarding. I also help clients visualize what they want from their life and their relationships. I utilize dream therapy as a way to help clients see their tangled emotions and assumptions and gain insights about themselves.
I am willing to listen and respect your thoughts and feelings. I believe that you are in charge of your therapy just as you are in charge of your life. My role is to be supportive and provide feedback but you make your own decisions. I can be flexible with scheduling a day and time that works best for you.
