As a licensed counselor, I have experience working with teens and adults of all ages as well as couples at different stages in their relationship. Whether you are a teen experiencing teenage issues such as bullying, peer pressure, social media addiction or an adult dealing with family crisis or life changes, Brown's Counseling and Consulting can provide the counseling and individualized support necessary to handle these challenges. Building an alliance and a relationship is foundational to therapy.
Working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, fears and phobias or grieving a loss. Couples in crisis or just seeking to "sweeten" their relationship by learning new techniques and coping skills. Teens with self-esteem issues leading to self-harming behaviors. Supervising LACs (Licensed Associate Counselor) who are in need of a supervisor.
