About
I feel I can help people who have struggled with life and are now ready to talk about their experiences. People who have been wounded may blame themselves and have difficulty with self-esteem and trust issues. I believe clients need to feel safe in a therapeutic relationship. Besides being sensitive and empathetic, I am a strength based therapist. We will work together as a team not only to uncover past pain but to strengthen parts of yourself that are strong and encouraging.
I feel I can help you because I have been a social worker and psychotherapist for many years. This is beneficial not only due to my work experiences but also my personal ones. I have lived life and can provide a perspective that is one of wisdom, and non judgement. I have experiences not only in counseling but also medical and end of life issues.
If you would like to speak to me and discuss what issues you are struggling with, I am more than happy to hear your needs. As my previous comments revealed, I know what it is like to have life experiences that can make us stuck. I am very warm, kind and sensitive. My intentions are to help you improve your life and help you feel better.
