I am currently accepting new clients I offer in-person and telehealth therapy. I help people navigate their lives with understanding for who they are in a complex world. I want to know who you are, what systems and barriers are getting in your way, and how I can support you in exploring a path that is right for you. I am passionate about exploring identity and the way the world sees us, how we see ourselves, and how it shapes the challenges we face. We strive to be our ideal self. I work with people navigating issues around race, relationships, gender, sexuality, and personal growth.

I specialize in supporting Black men and adolescents in becoming the best version of themselves.I draw on years of both lived and professional experience, I work with BIPOC individuals, PTSD survivors, those exploring gender issues, LGBTQ+ and questioning clients. I affirm diverse relationship styles, including kink and CNM.

My approach focuses on empowering clients to lead their own journey, for my part, I can provide space, tools and interventions that set you up to support your goals. This a hybrid Online/ In-person group for Black men ages 13 and up. In this group members, explore themes of identity, emotional expression, community, trauma, masculinity, and liberation. Sessions are 90 minutes and include a combination of check-ins, themed discussions, experiential exercises, journaling, and peer support.
