DBT Skills Training
This is a weekly ZOOM group that teaches all DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Training) skills over @ 36 week time frame. Rolling admission about every 10-12 weeks. We cover Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills. There is homework that we review homework together each week and learn a new skill. It is more like a therapy class. It is covered by insurance or I accept private pay of $60 per group. You must have an individual therapist that you meet with regularly to participate in group. Adults 18 and up. My next opening will be July 16th 2026.

Walking the Middle Path
This is a DBT graduate group, open to any adult that has completed a full round of DBT skills training prior. We focus on Advanced Mindfulness and Interpersonal Dialectical Skills. Open admission. We meet over ZOOM. Insurance accepted, or private pay for $45 a session. We meet every other week on Wednesday's from 4:30-5:30pm. You will need to complete intake prior to joining and be working with an individual therapist at least monthly.

Living Well with Medical Anxiety
This 10-week therapy group helps adults reduce health anxiety, build confidence in their bodies, and respond to uncertainty with greater calm. This group is right for you if: you constantly worry about your health despite reassurance; you feel anxious before appointments, tests or waiting for results; or you find yourself repeatedly checking symptoms or seeking reassurance about your health. Group begins September 14, 2026 and runs for 10 weeks. Clients must complete a free 15 minute consultation with Ann Cedergren, M. Ed before joining group.
