Life events, family of origin or trauma can disrupt this wholeness often leaving in it's place anxiety, depression and feeling stuck. It is my honor to collaborate with my clients to restore balance and return to a place of wholeness, joy and security.
I use a variety of therapies, including EMDR and polyvagal informed therapy which facilitate change by reprocessing experiences that often show up as physical sensations in the body (anxiety, depression, pain).I have extensive experience in auto accident trauma and related transitions along with hospice and palliative care.
