I work with women navigating career transitions, relationship patterns, and the quiet exhaustion of trying to hold it all together.
My work is grounded in attachment theory, relational therapy, and intersectional care. We’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life—not to shame them, but to understand them. This is a judgment free zone so I invite you to show your pets, cuss if you want to, or bring a snack- whatever fits your vibe.
