My specialties are focused on Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a therapeutic approach used to relieve the distress caused by traumatic experiences or memories. I also utilize Mindfulness techniques to assist with becoming aware of yourself within the present moment through deep breathing and meditation.
