I’m a trauma therapist who works with survivors of narcissistic abuse and relational trauma. If you or your child have been hurt by a loved one and you don't know what to do now or how to heal, you're not alone. Whether you've been hurt by past relationships, are navigating separation/divorce, or are figuring out how to coparent with a difficult partner, I'm here to help. I know how hard it is to feel so heavy and wonder if it's possible to ever feel better. I know how tough it is for kids to navigate such difficult relationships and how it affects their mood and behavior.
I use attachment-based and relational approaches to help you or your child process what feels hard to put into words. Honesty, compassion, humor and support are important to me so that you feel heard and understood during a very vulnerable process that's often overwhelming and scary.
Starting therapy is a courageous step, and you don't have to keep carrying the weight of your hurt alone. It's absolutely possible to feel better, and I'm here to support you in the process. Even if you feel hopeless now, I can hold hope for a brighter future for you in our work together.
