My passion is working with adolescents and young adults; what some would call Generation Z and the Millennials. I work to assist with creating stability within themselves to then work towards creating stability outside of themselves. I strive to provide a nurturing and safe atmosphere to develop rapport and develop goals to assist in becoming the best person they can be. I aim to explore their emotions, learn effective coping strategies, and make changes that push them toward healing and full wellness. I aim to meet my clients where they are, increase awareness of their emotional and cognitive experiences/behaviors and reach goals.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, chronic suicidal behavior or thoughts, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem, self-injurious behavior, socialization issues, school issues, and personality disorders. I also have experience working with families. The family system is very important to individual functionality in the world.
I utilize creative and expressive interventions to assist clients in identifying goals, exploring emotions, creating a personalized array of skills to keep at their disposal, and creating their own safe space to tackle the world. Hypno-group
Hypnosis involves learning how to use your mind and thoughts to manage emotional distress (e.g. anxiety and stress), unpleasant physical symptoms (e.g. panic, pain, nausea), or to help you change certain habits or behaviors (e.g. smoking, overeating). This group focuses on improving depression, anxiety, and self esteem. Individual results/hypnosis outcomes will vary with each client.

Moms Only
Being a mother is one of the most difficult jobs a person can take on (biological or embraced from another). Remarkable things happen when moms come together; a healing and understanding that is unique to mothers is had/received. This group will focus on new motherhood adjustment, surviving being a teenager mom, finding yourself as a person outside of being a mother, and any other support a mother may need through this beautifully hard journey. Results may vary for each client.
