I support neurodivergent individuals ages 12–35 using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Whether you’re rediscovering your identity or embracing a new part of yourself, I’m here to help!
Creating a safe, sensory-accommodating environments that supports healing and narrative reconstruction. I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. Our work will integrate evidence-based practices, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful growth.
I can only fathom how challenging taking this first step can be. Just remember that your future self will thank you 1000 times over for choosing YOU. We spend at least 12 hours of our day pouring into society, our jobs, family and friends. Consider the release you can feel from pouring at least 1hr back into yourself

I often take eclectic approach to providing therapy, however, my go-to modality is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In the first session we'll explore what brought you to therapy and your expectations. We will also discuss what was previously beneficial to you, and what wasn't. Throughout sessions I will integrate other modalities that cater to your presenting problem and desired outcome.
