Authentic relationships start here, and I’m so glad you’re here. I truly believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I bring enthusiasm, empathy, and compassion into every session. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and children from all backgrounds, especially those in BIPOC communities. Together, we’ll explore challenges like anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and depression, using strength-based approaches like Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and CBT to help you heal and thrive.
My goal is to help you tap into your full potential and feel more connected to yourself. I pride myself on building genuine, honest, and compassionate relationships with my clients. Therapy with me feels more like having someone in your corner who really gets it.
When I’m not working, I’m usually hanging out with my mini-Goldendoodle, Milo, reading, or spending time with family.
You don’t have to go through this alone. I’m here to support you and your goals, every step of the way.
