I enjoy working with individuals and families, including couples, singles, and two-parent and/or single-parent households. I believe that, as the client, you possess innate abilities to hep improve your mental health, well being, and relationships. Your sessions will be yours. As your therapist, my goal will be to increase your awareness and insights, to expand your skillsets, and to provide a space where you can work at your own pace to achieve your identified goals.
I have experience in working with individuals and groups who have experienced or struggled with anxiety and trauma. I have also worked with adolescents and their caregivers, including working individually with adults, adolescents, couples, and extended familiy members. I offer a safe, trusting, and open space where clients can feel heard and supported.
We are living in a time where struggles and challenges with mental health can be overwhelming and far more than we can handle on our own. In sessions, I aim to create a space where you will feel welcomed, comfortable, and free to be your authentic self. I will work with you where you are and, together create goals that are achievable for you, the client.
