About
Through open and client centered dialogue, I help my clients move through the challenges they are seeking support for by utilizing cognitive behavioral and narrative therapy. Development and practice of mindfulness strategies and introduction to how breath and movement can change anxious thought patterns assist clients to transform their lives. They can feel positively connected to others and successful in achieving their defined goals.
As a licensed mental health clinician and certified adult and children's yoga instructor, I utilize a blend of researched based counseling modalities and breath and yoga asana practice with my clients to assist them in further development of a growth and strength based mindset.
Different life stages and transitions come with their own distinctive challenges. Change is a part of life and how an individual reacts to and meets the challenges of change impacts one's ability to move through unique life experiences. It is through exploration of one's inner self in a safe and supportive environment that leads to positive growth.
