I help kids and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, fertility challenges and loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I provide an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients and families to explore identity and navigate related challenges.
If you’re trying to conceive, facing infertility, pregnant, or postpartum, it’s important to find a therapist who “gets it” and specializes in these areas. With advanced training in Perinatal Grief and Loss, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and experience working in the NICU, I am uniquely positioned to help you heal from loss or trauma, adjust to parenthood, or navigate building a family.
I use an individualized, collaborative approach to identify your strengths and provide you with the tools to become the best version of yourself. To alleviate symptoms and create lasting change, I use goal-oriented and skill-focused evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
