I specialize in counseling pregnant women, infant loss, postpartum depression, mental health, relationship issues, and life transitions. By utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strength based approach to help clients achieve optimum functioning. I strive to provide a non-judgmental atmosphere where clients feel comfortable to express their feelings and process their specific needs while helping clients learn to problem solve.
If you are experiencing infertility, pregnancy or infant loss, postpartum depression and/or anxiety, struggling to adjust to motherhood, need help parenting strong willed children, need to process relationship dynamics, or improve coping skills, I am here and willing to listen.
