I work well with couples and individuals. My personal experience with meditation and mindfulness and extensive training in various modalities is front and center for guiding clients towards a balanced, self regulated and awesome life. I am a trained IMAGO therapist (Harville Hendrix's work). Clients/couples who suffer from anxiety, despair and depression will find my practice not only helpful but enlivening. I consider healing through the lens of a wellness model and not a pathological one. Sometimes it's the greatest struggle that brings about the greatest positive change.
