Hello, I'm Jayne, an independently licensed social worker with a Supervision Designation to assist new social workers in getting their license for independent practice. I am deeply committed to empowering my clients to overcome life challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and life transitions. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University, Manhattan in 2007, and I have extensive experience working with individuals with physical disabilities and the stressors that chronic illness can bring to one's life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have recently completed EMDR.

If you find yourself struggling with feelings of depression, anxiety, or simply not feeling like your best self, you may need some extra support to get unstuck.
