As a Marriage and Family Therapist I believe each individual, couple and family is unique with their own set of strengths and struggles. My focus is getting to know my clients and helping them access tools and resources within themselves to achieve success in therapy. My goal is to come along side and help those who are dealing with difficult issues in life to provide support, encouragement and additional knowledge as they work to make the changes they want.
I work with individuals of all age (children, teens, adults) as well as couples and families at all different stages of life. I see the individual and how other aspects of their life such as relationships and environment contribute to their struggles and challenges. Currently under supervision as I work toward becoming licensed.
