I am an emotion-focused, neurodivergent-affirming, non-directive, Client-Centered therapist. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults. I focus on supporting clients of all ages who struggle with ADHD, behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, trauma, life transitions, attachment wounds, and relationship conflict. My therapeutic approach is grounded in providing empathy and warmth. I foster a collaborative therapeutic environment that is safe and free of judgment, where individuals feel seen and heard.
I include practices from DBT, neuroscience, mindfulness, attachment, and self-compassion theory to equip clients with tools and psychoeducation for understanding the connection between their thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behavior. As your child's psychologist, I utilize non-directive play therapy to promote safe exploration for positive growth.
