I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10-years in the mental health field. I work with adults, preteens, and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, or just life stress. I also work with pregnant and new moms experiencing anxiety or depression. I have a passion working with parents providing positive parenting strategies.
